Paid Deposit Now New Windows Delayed Indefinitely

In October I ordered new double-glazed windows and paid a £800 deposit.
The windows were supposed to be fitted late November.
I have just been informed by the company that they will be delayed indefinitely.
Am I entitled to my deposit back?

Yes.  But getting it is another matter.  How did you pay?
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Is the delay because the company has closed until the lockdown is over?
If so, it may be worth waiting until after lockdown and getting the same company to carry on with the order then.  Annoying, I know, but assuming you still want double glazing, if you cancel this order and then need to start with another company it probably won't be any quicker overall.  Even if the alternative company is working in lockdown, you'd be joining the back of their queue.
My understanding is that double glazing companies can continue working through lockdown based on the current rules.  Some companies may choose to close, if they have assessed "push-back" from clients or employees maybe.
