Can you get tenants' contents insurance with under £5000 cover?

Why does it matter? I pay £9 a month for full contents insurance including £25,000 possessions, £3,000 contents away from the home, reduced excess to £100 with no compulsory, and accidental damage cover. 

What are your quotes coming out at? Comparethemarket found me the cheapest.

I used GoCompare and it found Swinton to be the cheapest at £108.35 per year (extra if you pay per month).
