Can anyone recommend software to convert MP3 files into a format suitable to be burnt on a cd please, I have tried the search but can't find anything!

Windows media player has this build in as long as you have at least version 9.
You will find it under "Burn" in the menus, after that is quite self explanatory.
Don't try to use one of the freeware once from a Google search as lots are bundled with spyware.0 -
An alternative freeware product is CDEX which works well and converts from MP3 to Wav, as well as ripping CD's and doing other file conversions.
Also, I think you can actually burn audio cd's directly from MP3 files using Nero and/or Roxio - if you have either of them already, it might be worth checking the Audio CD menus to see what sort of files it will convert on the fly!

If you have nero, i'm sure it can accept mp3's to burn to disk
If you really want to go mp3->wav , try installing Winamp and then turning on 'output to disk' and select Wav mode0 -
Thanks everybody, lots of ideas to work on:j0
