Digital projector for gaming devices, cheaper ones, eBay probably

To pass the time during these dark and boring months I’d like to buy a cheap digital projector that would have HDMI input from a Wii U - nothing too expensive or fancy but adequate.
I’ve looked on eBay and the number of cheap ones is astonishing. I assume all the ones less than about £50 are poor quality? Although for the low level of gaming expertise I have they might well do.

Here’s one example I’ve found on eBay just now - it’s £63, but I think the resolution is probably too low...
