enforcement notices on the property

Hi all

The final search pack arrived today and highlighted some enforcement notices. How would this affect the purchase? 

HMO - Intention to Grant - Sch 5 Par 1 Notice Served 27.02.15
Public Health Act 1961 Section 17(3) Notice Served 28.09.10
HMO - Intention to Grant – Final Notice Served 10.10.08
HMO - Intention to Grant - Sch 5 Par 1 Notice Served 05.09.08

    No impact other than to confirm it previously operated as a licensed HMO.

    I wish to complete as soon as possible, but my solicitor said he will confirm with city council if these notices are subsisting. 

    Just wondering, if I can ignore these notices and continue to exchange and completion 
  • If there are any tenants they ain't gonna be evicted any time soon.  Plan on 12-18 months or more

    The property is empty now. I believe the property never had a HMO licence. The last tenant was a young family and they moved into their new home in December
