The final search pack arrived today and highlighted some enforcement notices. How would this affect the purchase?
HMO - Intention to Grant - Sch 5 Par 1 Notice Served 27.02.15
Public Health Act 1961 Section 17(3) Notice Served 28.09.10
HMO - Intention to Grant – Final Notice Served 10.10.08
HMO - Intention to Grant - Sch 5 Par 1 Notice Served 05.09.08

If there are any tenants they ain't gonna be evicted any time soon. Plan on 12-18 months or more0
