Help with appealing a fine with Independent Appeals Service

Hello
I moved into a flat in September and immediately applied for a permit, this was issued and i've kept this displayed in my car along with my work permit. As this is a paper permit with no slip, it is usually displayed on the dashboard.
On boxing day night around 7.33PM I received a fine, as it was snowing this day, I assumed they couldn't see my permit through the window. I did not find the fine until January 2nd as this has slipped down into my engine, and I found it merely by chance when changing my screen wash (yikes!) I obviously appealed. I have heard back from them today and they have sent pictures. You can't see the permit in the window, so my guess is that it has blown on the floor when i've opened the door. Understandable as there was a storm boxing day and it was super windy.
Anyway, they have rejected my appeal and told me to now take it up with IAS. How can I do this to give me the best chance of getting this overturned? I angers me that I am being fined £100 for parking where I live, when I have a valid permit that just blew on the floor. Especially as there is no physical way I can afford this after having my work hours massively slashed.
I have the following evidence to support my appeal:
A signed and in date tenancy agreement
A permit (the permit shows my flat number)
My logbook which shows the car as registered to this address
The emails in which the permit was requested back in September, along with a bank statement showing payment to the parking company for the permit (£10) and the email from the parking company that confirms it is on its way.
Any help here would be appreciated, as this fine could financially screw me right now, simply over a gust of wind.
Thanks!!

Which parking firm? 🥱. UKCPM? PCM UK? UKPC? UKCPS?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just do an IAS appeal in the clear knowledge that it is a kangaroo court, but that due to parking firms having apparently furloughed lots of stuff, we are seeing many more cases where the PPCs fold and don't contest an IAS appeal that has used evidence. Throw all your evidence at it from the start and see if Link fold. Do NOT write an IAS appeal as a template, write it in your own words and you must submit (upload) all your evidence at the time, not offer to supply it later nor give links.
Go into this process expecting nothing. The IAS uphold just 5% of appeals but over 20% are conceded by parking firms, pretending they are folding for mitigating circumstances/goodwill, when in fact they are giving up and want to save themselves the IAS fee.
If not, you will win in court and we will help you (no worries, no risk, no CCJ and no huge costs. It's what we do).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I remembered the useful information on there and came straight here when they rejected my appeal. I can't believe I am back here again with another scamming parking company! At least there will be no JR involved this time!2 -
Wow, Judge Rinder girl.
I still think if the way an IPC firm used you for a show trial and in fact that has spurred me on to some of the stuff I do off-forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Should i state in my appeal that the wind likely blew the permit off the dashboard?0

I still think about that case a lot too. Mostly just get angry when I think about how they railroaded me into being their puppet and forcing me to play on emotional issues that I didn't really want known. I still have not watched it since it was released. Really just want to forget about that one.
Mad thing is, since the pandemic, they don't come out anymore and loads of people have started parking at our offices for general town shopping. Typical!2 -

Well, i've just had a look at the pictures of the car they have sent me, and they don't even look as though they would stand up as 'evidence' you can't even make out the reg plate - slightly in one picture - but not clearly.
I will attach the said pictures for reference. Surely, if the reg plate isn't clear, that could literally be anyone's car?0 -
