Recently signed up for a mobile contract with EE which comes with a TV which you basically pay for over the term of the contract. It was sold as "15-25" days after your purchase you will receive your "gift". So far, after numerous useless calls to customer service, no TV. I bought it on the 2nd of dec.
I notice a lot of other customers in the same boat on their forums. My question is where do I stand in terms of the sale of goods act and who to complain to outwith EE who are yet to respond to my complaint.
Anyone had any experience with something like this?
