Car advice.

Hello, I’m wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I’ve been left a car by a deceased relative, which is in relatively good condition (from a glance). It is SORN, and being kept on private land however had been there for approx 1 year. I do not need this car so I am looking to sell/do something with it! I don’t want it to go to scrap as it could still be used effectively by someone (I hope, or just the parts at least). The car won’t start at the moment, I think this is due to a flat battery, and doesn’t have an MOT either.
Does anyone have any suggestions in what to do with it or where to start? My vehicle knowledge isn’t great so I could do with some advice. Thank you in advance!!

Someone might be able to give better advice if you provide model, year, mileage"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson1

Well the first thing you need to do to stand any chance of selling it as a working car is get it up and running, which means getting the battery charged or, if necessary, replaced. Try getting a quote from webuyanycar if you don't want to go through the hassle of selling it privately.0

Yes that’s the plan. When I get the battery replaced I believe it should be up and running ok. ...then get it in for an MOT. You'll need to insure it, or ask the garage nicely to collect it.
Then, if it fails, post the result here, and we'll give you a suggestion as to whether the fails/advisories are serious or trivial.0 -
Thank you for your advice! I greatly appreciate it😊0
