Claiming back from business in administration

in Credit cards
Last year my wife purchased entry into a tough mudder type event. The event got postponed 12 mo the until summer 2021 due to the on going pandemic. Over Christmas we had email saying the business has gone into receivership and to claim our refund we would have to claim through our credit card company whom we purchased entry with.
After the cc company has done an investigation and decided they will not reimburse me the money under section 75 due to the sum being under £75.
Below iss their response.
'After careful consideration, the decision has been made not to accept liability for the transaction you are disputing. This is because; the individual cash price does not meet the minimum price criteria for a claim to be considered under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.'
Where do I go from here to try and claim my money back?
Regards
Dan

You should have asked for a chargeback, not s75. Ask them again, but this time for a chargeback.
Even though they went out of business, it should be paid by the merchant's bank.0
