Getting TV from BT as part of BT Broadband? BT Sport options?

I'm a bit confused about how the TV service from BT works.
I'm in the process of signing up with BT. I've ordered their Fibre Internet service and waiting for it to be activated.
I'd also like to add TV to the package so I can watch TV like I can do currently with Virgin Media.
I'd like to have access to UFC via the cheapest BT Sport plan that offers it.
Does anyone know what their TV offering is like?
Do you get a box for the TV? How does it compare to the tivo Virgin Media box/servce?
If I get the BT Sport app, is that separate from the TV package?
https://www.bt.com/sport/app
I guess if I get the app and want to watch it on my TV, I'd need a firestick or something like that (can't install it on my TV I don't think, have an PS3).
Thanks!

UFC is sometimes shown on the main BT Sports channels ... other times it's on BT Box Office (which is a separate PPV channel and a separate website).

You can get BT Box Office without having BT broadband or any other BT account. In that case you'd watch via the BT Box Office website ... there might even be an app but I'm not sure.
