Competition closes at midday on 03.02.2021 and 3 working days later for postal entries.

1)The prize comprises:

1. An allowance of £100 per person (£200 total) towards UK travel costs made payable to the winner in the form of a BACS transfer;
2. Three (3) nights’ accommodation for two adults at The Trout at Tadpole Bridge based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a Classic Room with River Views with daily breakfast (Full English or Continental options available) (subject to availability);
3. A Bottle of sparkling wine in room on arrival;
4. Dinner for two in the hotel restaurant on one evening (to the value of £50 per person – £100 total); and
5. Two-hour self-drive electric boat hire for two (collection from outside The Trout).

2)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the accommodation. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check into the accommodation for security deposit purposes.

4)It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

5)The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the accommodation or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

6)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

7)The Prize Provider of the break to The Cotswolds is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL.

8)An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACS transfer. Their travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 2 guests/£200. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the prize winner’s responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.

9)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

10)The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, additional meals, drinks, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

11)Boat hire is available between 1st April and 30th October. Minimum age for hire is 18. £100 security deposit required which is returned upon safe return of the boat.

12)The prize must be taken and completed by 30th November 2021. The trip cannot be taken over Valentines (14th February 2021 to 15th February 2021) Easter weekend (1st April 2021 to 6th April 2021), during any UK Bank Holidays (3rd and 31st May 2021), UK school half term holidays, from 1st August 2021 to 31st August 2021 or from 19th December 2021 to 4th January 2022. The prize and its components are subject to availability.
