Hey guys my help to buy atp ran on out on the 15th of december. Our mortage offer is avaliable until 22/03 so thats OK. We have had delays in our chain of 3 we are at the top of the chain the problems have come from the bottom. Is this something that can be sorted or is the whole process ruined?

I’m assuming that you’re not a FTB if you’re at the top of the chain which means you’re not eligible for the new HTB EL scheme in England. Applications for the previous scheme ended 15th December 2020 so you can no longer apply for that particular scheme.Fruffy91 said:Hey guys my help to buy atp ran on out on the 15th of december.
