Muscle food order

Hi, I have received a meat order from Muscle food today that is missing a large chunk of the order. They have offered me a £15 voucher but have said they can’t send the missing meat out because it would be damaged in transit, even though the order today came in a cardboard box with lots of padding in it. The order I placed was a good deal and if I want to individually  replace what I am missing it would cost me £38 as I would have to pay a delivery fee and minimum basket fee. I have offered to send back what they have sent me for a full refund but have been told they can’t do this because the food would be damaged. Can anyone advise what my rights are or where I can look to find out?

You have the right to reject the full order under the consumer rights act. You could remind them of this and offer to accept a replacement - having to replace some of the goods will be lese costly than you rejecting the full order.
