Zacks or Stockopedia

I am trying to research information on some individual shares and wandered whether websites such as Zacks or Stockopedia would be helpful. Has anybody used these sites? Or should I just use The Share Centre as they have Broker views and lots of other company information as well. Any tips on this would be great. Thank you.

Use the companies own websites. There's a wealth of information contained within.

For the depth of research you would need to undertake before investing in individual companies then you would want to use every source of information available and make suitable evaluations of it's usefulness. No single website is ever going to tell you enough detail to make such an important decision.
  • Stockopedia is really useful for running screens based on fundermentals and for seeing a few years worth of numbers all at once. They do a free trial which you can cancel before paying anything. I haven't heard of the other one.
