In what way did the website seem"genuine"? Did you do any basic checking to confirm that this was a authorised Dr Merten retailer?
You may be able to get your bank to do a chargeback.1 -
.online is a very unusual domain .Genuine is a .com site .Would this have come via Fraudbook .1

JamoLew said:website does not exist - at least you got a pair of sunglassesYes it does exist. And it does look quite authentic at first glance from the home page - I look at the 'proper' DM website quite often. The cheap prices would actually ring alarm bells for me.For example, Aimilita high boots are £22 reduced from £129 on the fake website, £125 reduced from £179 on the DM website. The first thing I look at is the 'About us' page.3. No Hassle Refund PolicyYour satisfaction is what we are strived for. So we offer 15-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. More details, please refer to Return Policy.6. World Wide Free TaxNo matter where you are, you don't have to pay the tax. In the unlikely event that you are required to pay, you can provide the receipt of the tax invoice to our customer service. Then we will solve it for you. Also this on another page:FREE RETURNSReturns are FREE within 365 days of your order delivery date.Really? And this:Easy 365-Day ReturnsWe are committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not associated tax, within 365 business days of receipt of the item(s). To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Women'swimwear is eligible for return only if the sanitary liner is place. Underwear, Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. When did DM start doing swimwear? The warnings are there, but the OP clearly didn't pick up on them.0

Moot point anyway as it's no longer there and was not a genuine site (doesn't really help the OP sadly)0 -
The website has been taken down, as far as I can see it was only live for around a week.0
