    I assume the account has defaulted and they've closed your account?
    Im kinda just checking they're not talking about just accepting the 2700 payment to reinstate your card (if hasn't been defaulted and we're still just at the "missed payments" stage)

  • Be advised that a partial settlement will stay on your credit file as a partial settlement and will stay on your credit file for 6 years, which may affect any future credit etc.
