    They appear to be offering App bank rates with High Street access - there will be legacy banking customers along with customers that feel more comfortable with that multi-channel (branch) option. Starling / Monzo are App-banks plus those with buffers are First Direct/M&S both remote operations too.

    Never thought that I would be saying that 19.9% APR is amongst the cheapest
