Valuation from Surveyor differs from Bank Valuation

    In your opening post you stated:
    Her valuation came in 16k under the agreed price. She shared this info with the estate agent.
    But now, apparently this is not the case?

    Buying and Selling a property is difficult and stressful in Normal times and a total nightmare at the moment.
    I hope you can get across the line before the 31st of March or the £10K reduction will be Offset by the Stamp duty you will need to pay.
    The PERFECT house is a dream but the right house in the right location maybe a good compromise.
    Get Phil and Kirsty in to do the make over with George Clarkson to help as well.
