Hermes Claim Form

I am trying to claim compensation from Hermes for a lost parcel. Three times they've sent me a link to a claim form and each time it goes to a "page not available" (probabably because it insists on me signing in first). Does anyone have a blank claim form or a link that actually works please?

I will ask the obvious, have you signed in and then tried to access it?

Yes still says page not available. Driving me insane now!

Its a claim form that you fill in online and submit online. Its also linked to the original support ticket. Have you tried clicking on the link through the support ticket on their old website?

I have just had exactly the same experience; did you make any headway in the end? It is only 10 days ago for me that the parcel went missing. I toowas given a link to a form that does not exist
