I received a letter last week to say bank of ireland was refunding customers for fees they had paid over the past 5 years, i was due to get a refund of 38 pounds. I recently closed my bank account with them in November to switch to natwest. My wife also received the letter and she received her refund yesterday (6th) as documented in both letters received, Would it correct to think i would not be entitled to the refund as i no longer bank with them. Or should i chase it up.
