Problem with retailer

Hi guys i need some advice, i ordered a Samsung mobile phone from Affordable Mobiles and Samsung promotional offer was £100 cashback till 25th December2020.
I checked Samsung eligible retailer list and Affordable Mobiles listed there as A1 comms ltd. When i tried to claim £100 Samsung rejected the claim saying that retailer is not eligible. I rang Samsung claim department and the advisor confirmed that the Affordable is actually A1 comms, so he assured me that he got screen shot of the site showing A1 comms so he going to forward the screenshots to the relevant department.
Now i received an email again asking me to show the proof that offer was advertised on the Affordable Mobiles site. As the offer expired its not on the site anymore. Now in this situation I need some help and advice that where i stand and whats my rights.

Thank you

Use a web history tool to see if you can get a screenshot of a previous version of the page with the listing.

Ultimately, there's probably some sort of clause to the offer that says it's not guaranteed, or is subject to limitations, or can be withdrawn at any time.  Are you still within 14 days of receiving it?  If so, and if you haven't used it, you could return it to the retailer for a refund.

Try asking  Affordable Mobiles, they should be able to  tell you if they offered the promotion and provide proof.
