E.ON and LCS

Options
Good day all,
I recently sold a  house which was  unoccupied after my tenants left. E.ON have now asked LCS debt collectors to bill me for 180.40 for the 4 months during the time the house was empty and no energy was consumed. I have not received any E.ON bill for this, or any direct communication from them. Interestingly, the tenants had a pre-payment meter and there was still credit on this when they left.

All my attempts to contact E.ON by phone and by email have been unsuccesful to date. I would be grateful for any ideas anyone may have, or any similar eperiences suffered by anybody.

WRITE a letter headed Complaint and send it by Royal Mail and getting a free certificate of posting at the Post Office - The address for Complaints will be on their website.
This sets in train procedures that Eon must follow, the first of which is an acknowledgment of the Complaint
  • Hi,
you could try contacting E.ON rep, have a look at this thread for details.
