Viagogo refunds

Hi guys, I bought some tickets in march 2019 from viagogo. They cost £597.12. The event didn't go ahead in March 2020 and also won't be happening in the 'rescheduled' March 2021 either.
They won't provide me with a refund as they say its not 'cancelled'.
I've reached out to American express and they can't help under section 75 as a 3rd party is involved in the transaction (PayPal)
Does anyone have any information or advice before I write off a large sum of money?
