Hi,
I have an iPhone 7 and a Fitbit ionic. I was recently bought a Apple Watch for my birthday
Calls and messages won’t come through to the Apple watch. Could this be because the Fitbit is linked via Bluetooth to the phone already?
Not sure if two wearables can be linked to the same phone and work in tandem
TIA

A phone can connect to multiple Bluetooth devices, but I'm not sure if it will send call/message notifications to both. Have you tried unpairing the fitbit and then seeing if the apple watch receives the notifications? Just as something to rule out.0

If that fails make an appointment with a genius at your nearest Apple store

No I haven’t, thought I would ask first. I’ll have to give it a try and see if it helps. I still want to use the Fitbit though so it will be annoying if I have to remove it, in the past it’s taken a while to pair up
