The boiler cover is free for the first year with SG energy and boiler cover May 2021 and you have to pay by DD but I will never use the boiler cover, it Isn't free anyway as there is a £99 call out charge.
Have you tried reading the T&C on a phone?

That will be the name on your cover.
When you go online what does it say?
They exist in scotland. They call themselves scottish gas.
