Rent Guarantor

A family member is letting out a property and tenants references are acceptable but his job is not always secure due to Covid. A relative of the prospective tenant has agreed to be a guarantor in case there is a rent default. Landlord knows the guarantor who owns a business and has a steady income plus a home owner.
Which type of Guarantor agreement or form to use. Would be grateful if any forum members has a link to a particular website.
The AST will probably be for 2 years. He would prefer the guarantor agreement continues indefinitely during the whole period of occupancy if and when AST is renewed.
It will be discussed with the guarantor if he is willing to accept the terms.
Any input from members will be appreciated.

Thanks greatcrested.
He is not a member of a Landlord Association. He owns only this property and has been working abroad for many years.
The present tenant who is now leaving has been there for 12 years without any issues. He has never put up the rent as they were excellent tenants.0
