Eon contact & refund query

Does anyone have an up to date email address I can contact Eon on please? Clicking on the link on their website to send them a message doesn't work & times out and although I've found two email addresses when Googling, neither of them work and are bounced back. I can't use the phone at the moment due to tinnitus or of course I'd ring them.
My second query is this, does anyone know roughly how long it tends to take to get a refund back to your account? I have just left them and I'm over £100 in credit with them.
Many thanks in advance

Hi littlewren, hope you're well. I can't provide any direct contact information on here but you should be able to find something on our website if needed. However you probably won't need to contact us just yet.
There's 3 important points of time in a switch; the day you request it, the day it completes, and the day you get your final bill.
You request a switch on Day 0, it will complete around Day 20, then your final bill can be anywhere from Day 21 to Day 62 (i.e. it can take up to 6 weeks after your account closes for your final bill to be produced).
I'm not sure exactly where in this process you are at the moment. If your account has closed with £100 credit but we've not yet produced your final bill then it's unlikely you'll be getting the entire amount back. If your final bill HAS been produced then, as the bill states, you'll be automatically refunded within 10 days. If you paid by DD and still have this link "open" it will go into your bank. If you didn't pay by DD or have since cancelled it then you'll receive a cheque.
It sounds like it may just be a case of us waiting for your final readings to come through. If so this £100 will go towards any usage from your last bill. If there's anything extra to pay we'll let you know, or if you're due a refund it will be sent as explained above. I'd recommend to give it at least a few weeks after account closure for this to be finalised but hopefully it's sooner rather than later.
