Anyone else having issues with NS&I? 6 weeks to transfer account and still waiting!

I was just about to contact NS&I again but thought I would check my account first and it's just appeared today.
It's taken 7 weeks to transfer the account from income bonds to premium bonds and NS&I have been pretty useless throughout. I've had no communications from them at all regarding this, no emails, letters or texts, the only way I've found anything out has been when I have rang their helpline and had to explain everything each time.
At least I can breath a sigh of relief my savings are still there and have not disappeared into the ether!I completed the same online form to transfer my large sum of bonds to PBs and now 11 weeks later still no sign of my funds.I have raised a complaint and I'm waiting an answer...

I just wrote to my local MP regarding this matter.1st time I have ever written to my MP.I recieved an immediate response from the MP's case worker who requested my NS&I account number so that they can write to NS&I.Very impressed, lets see how long it takes NS&I to respond.0

Even more good news! Received a cheque for the missing 3p today!
Must have cost them a lot more than 3p to print the cheque (warrant as they call it) and post it to me.
Still no explanation or apology as to why there was a delay and of course no communication from NS&I apart from when I called them.

I closed my account yesterday online, and all of my money was back in my account this afternoon.0
