Been waiting on a refund from citrus holidays since June.Booked to go away for March to Italy but obviously never happened after months of wrangling with them for refund was promised it at end of November,was even phoned by them two weeks before for my bank details.November came and went nothing!.Phoned,emailed them constantly now they say it’s not a refund it’s a credit note for another holiday now . Message out there to everyone,do not book a holiday with them.They will palm you off with every exscuse not to pay out if it doesn’t happen.
