Car leasing and model variant options

However, I thought you were going for the company salary sacrifice scheme, so won't that just mean you can narrow down to a small choice of options that match your requirements and budget?

The question remains very broad, and the approach to take is to determine first the type of car you need to suit your needs and wants:- How many people usually in the car?
- How much luggage required?
- Total mileage and type of mileage (main road / around town)?
- Equipment preferences?
- Budget (available deposit, monthly budget, total price)?
- Do you really need brand new, or will used meet the need?
- Will you want to keep the car at the end, of happy to just spend money to give the car back after a couple of years?
Then get the best price for the preferred products, as cash purchase.
Then get the best finance (if required) for the chosen vehicle at best cash price.
Through all of this process, it is necessary to avoid being drawn in by the sales patter of the deal "gone tomorrow", or the "attractive" low monthly finance that ends up costing a lot over the term.
Good luck

I already know what make I want, and I know I want to just lease a new X4, no PCP and no buying. Was just hoping to see if anyone knew of any sites/companies they would recommend to start the search (I looked at what car and they seem to deal with PCP/buying)

To select the trim level, look at the BMW website and order the brochure.
BMW can also give you a lease quote. That is your reference point.
The type "lease X4" into a search engine and pick the most competitive for the exact model you want. Often the sites will highlight the deals they have for the time, in case you are willing to deviate from the exact trim.
Take care that the lease sites sometimes default to business purchase, you may need to select personal lease. Don't forget to take account of the first months rental, which will be higher than the regular payments.
It's entirely your choice, but I cannot fathom why spending £750 a month to use someone else's car is a good idea.
