    You gotted that wrong, but I did done spended 2 years in Canada if that done dothe counteth?

    It says "Notwithstanding the foregoing choice of law, [the customer] can rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence (i.e. provisions that, in accordance with the choice-of-law rules of the said country, must apply regardless of this choice-of-law clause; hereafter: "Mandatory Provisions").

    IDK exactly what that covers or whether my 'habitual residence' is UK or Japan. It looks like an odd clause, like B and potentially me too just pick the laws we want to follow regardless of where we are. I'm not sure writing that down on the internet makes it true, even if a big company does it.
