Is there a free way of checking any claims against me?

Just curious but is there any sort of claims database that I could check for free to see uf there are any registered motor claims against me?

You do see periodic cases where 2 people have a minor bump, shake hands on it, then the other person claims against the insurance and the first person finds out way later (even not until renewal if the firm pays out). If everyone reported every incident, at least involving a third party, as required, it wouldn't be an issue
