Hi all, I'm currently in the process of buying my first home! Exciting! It was rented and is empty, apparently the seller is selling off some of his properties ready for retirement. However one thing on my mind, he lives abroad, during making the offers it was via email from the EA and he only tended to reply late afternoons... should everything go well and we get to exchange, does he need to be in the UK to do this? Is it going to cause delays/problems especially with COVID 19 restrictions? Thanks. X
