A keep getting 'please enter a valid date of birth'

writing it in words and numbers
Not sure how else to do it!

There should be a little blue drop-down arrow on the left of the field. Clicking it opens a mini calendar that allows you to select your date of birth. x

Thank you - unfortunately it isn't displaying with one on Safari on my MacBook - I will try later on my little Windows netbook.
All I am getting is 'undefined' coming up when I try and type but no drop-down box.

Oops sorry, I meant the drop-down arrow is on the *right*, not the left! But it sounds as though it's not there at all for you   
Might also be worth downloading the app and entering via your phone, if that's an option. Hope it works out in the end! x

Thank you - it worked on my Windows netbook - the date  ox was on it.

I don't have  smartphone so I'm glad it worked this way!
