The ONLY supermarket that delivers here is Tesco. We are now back to normal with them, that means having to book a minimum of two weeks in advance, and they only deliver on 4 days of the week.
But I do think they are great. They always turn up on time - with the exception of once when the road was closed by an accident. Even then I got a call to explain the delay. The delivery guys and gals are always polite, professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.Yes I’ve had the odd weird substitution, but mostly they’ve been entirely reasonable. Last week a single Cadbury Creme Egg was substituted with a ten pack of the same at no extra charge. Can’t complain about that
