t's actually a desk of staff within the Customer Service Dept who receive emails and phone calls addressed to the executive team. It's pretty standard for most large companies.

You need to be careful dealing with VM, doublecheck everything, call back to check also.

Keep persisting until you find someone willing to deal with issues.

It all comes down to oerson you deal with, many are useless, then you call back 5min later & find someone who can help.
