Haven't redeemed any points there yet and haven't verified my phone number either, so can't see what the conversion rates are.
I used to redeem Loot points to Keep Rewarding and they paid 80 cents per thousand, so it's interesting that Freecash pays $1 per thousand.

I always used Freecash in the past due to the basically 1:1 conversion. Only downside is that they charge a 5% fee for Paypal withdrawals (instant payout), which was easy to offset with their daily reward.

Generate 1000 points (1 USD) and you can get 7 days a daily claim from the Bonus Ladder. Ones you reach the highest level you get $0.10 daily so that is enough to offset the fees.

If Swagbucks is paying the same rate, it is probably better suited there as you can get the Paypal payout there fee free if you withdraw in USD or you pay for the fixed exchange rate and can get it in GBP.

I see from your edit on the previous page that Swagbucks seems to be 80 cents per thousand, which is what it was for Loot, after the fantastic initial rate of $1.60 for a few months.
Both Swagbucks and in particular Keep Rewarding have bonuses as well, but I'll have another look at Freecash, which could be worth joining, and am surprised to have not found a separate thread for that here.
  • Right, after having used cheddar.tv for a few days my verdict is, not worth it to bother with this site.

Started all well and made over 600 points the first day by keeping a spare phone running over night. Next day around 300 points and from there on it got more and more difficult. Some days hardly any points at all but plenty of adds were running. Moved between phone and laptop and between wifi and phone data. This helped a bit and made 100-150 points a day, if lucky.

Now, since 3-4 days it basically came to a full stop and only getting here and there a reward.

The trick was to play only short videos as this was accelerating the number of adds being credited and the algorithm kept playing short videos if a channel with mainly short videos was selected. Now, you select a short video and a long one follows, some are up to 2h long. They keep playing plenty of adds but you only get rewarded once, if lucky, for that.

Same observations are highlighted on Reddit too.

Won't be using it until they change back and reward for the adds the show but guess the owners behind want to show as many adds as possible and line their pockets but only pay out very little.

Perhaps a matter of time until it will cease to operate so would recommend to cash out while you can.

Happy to be proven wrong and to hear other reviews.

Unfortunately it's always been the case, when it was Loot and now Cheddar, that it's only credited for one ad per video, but yes, it's disappointing that in recent days they've changed it so it doesn't stick to the same channel. Now, for example, if you play a Simply Bakings video that's only 2 minutes, it then goes on to a different channel where the video might last 20 or 30 minutes.
I think that's definitely a bad change, not just for our earnings but also because people are far less likely to be interested in a channel that they haven't chosen to watch. I'm not remotely interested in gaming videos, and therefore I'll either spend less time running Cheddar or less time actually watching the videos and ads.
