Switching

I have recently tried switching my domestic account from Scottish Power, using Uswitch and Look after my bills. A switch to OVO was attempted but failed.
The problem is that there are two un aligned supplies to the property, one business, supplied by NPower business for farm buildings and one domestic supplied by Scottish Power.
The switch failed because OVO attempted to switch the wrong account and although I supplied them with MPAN and meter serial numbers they said they could not differentiate between the two accounts as they had the exact same address on the "National
al Database".
NPower changed my account at the end of 2018, the old account was listed as Additional Supply followed by property address, the new account only has the property address. Hence it is now exactly the same address as the domestic supply.
I have contacted NPower to try to revert to the old account nomenclature but they say that would not make any difference on the "National Database" and I should contact Scottish power to change the database to indicate domestic supply. It is unclear to me as to why they could not do the same to indicate additional or business supply to their account details on the "National Database".
Previous contact with Scottish Power suggested that they could only change to the registered postal address, a catch 22 situation as both supplies are to the same postal address!
Advice please or am I now tied in to the same suppliers for eternity?
