MSE Poll: Parcel delivery firms – which are the best and worst?

Over the last year I have bought loads of things online, especially from Amazon and QVC. I am pleased to say I have never had a problem with any of the delivery firms. On one occasion i thought something hadn’t been delivered and Amazon refunded me immediately. It turned out someone had taken the parcel in and then was in hospital for a while after an accident. I contacted Amazon about sending it back but they told me to keep it.
I am wondering if the area you live in makes a difference, we live in an over 60s development in a rural area. Is it possible that big cities are more vulnerable to theft/fraud.

Hermes now but was not before. Could be a change of local delivery driver/s? 10/100
