Average House Price Analysis

Hi,

Long time lurker, big fan of this forum. Has helped me a lot last year.

A little bit about myself. I'm an accountant & analyst, i'm married with 2 kids and currently rent in Surrey. With a growing family, i know i will need a bigger place in a few years and won't be able to afford to stay close to where i am. So i started googling house prices in a given area to see where i can afford to move to and i couldn't quite find a nice website to make the search easy. There was propertydata.co.uk but they charge a monthly fee to be able to use their service. Most of the data is publicly available so i decided to build a dashboard that would make it easier. I work with Power BI for my job and so put together a quick dashboard that combines sold house prices, school data, crime data, population demographic, rental, affordability and healthcare data. I wanted to make this available for free so that others can benefit from it and hopefully find it useful.
