Selling during covid

Hi i am a tenant in scotland and wondering should the owner want to sell during covid, what notice would they need to give meM i have been here for over a year. I hear that evictions is not possible before March as far as i know, can anyone help clarify this?

Can`t see them trying to sell during Covid with a sitting tenant, unless they are in financial difficulty?0

In most cases landlords will need to give tenants 6 months' notice, unless they are ending the tenancy for certain reasons. This includes antisocial and criminal behaviour and where the landlord or their family need to move into the property

OP get a cash cushion together in case you have to move and keep up to date with what is available to rent in your price band online, then just relax and enjoy your flat.0

With the Covid restrictions and delays with searches, surveys and legals your LL does not stand a chance of selling before the Stamp duty holiday finish's at the end of March.
They would be very unwise to try and sell in the current climate.0
