Hi.   Can anyone advise how I can get a 10 digit customer number.   It appears unless you have one you can't open an account.

They give you a 10 digit customer no when you've applied and successful with that application.

If they said "you look familiar", you had/have either a Yorkshire Bank or Clydesdale Bank account or credit card, or indeed a Virgin current account or abandoned application, and you need to log in with those credentials to complete your application.
