Access to discounted hermes rates?

I have been using Ebay's "print postage label" options for sold ebay items.
I then select 'packlink' and choose hermes, dropping the parcels off at my local 24hr garage.
I have noticed that for the last month or so the prices I pay via ebay/ packlink are about half of what I pay for booking a hermes parcel directly through my hermes account.

I have tried the packlink website directly but they are no cheaper.
Is there another way to access the discounted hermes rates for posting items sold in places other than ebay?

That half price packlink offer was wonderful, whilst it was on there was a link in it that allowed you to use it on non eBay parcels, and I used it a lot. Unfortunately it finished on the 31st December and I haven’t found any other consistent discount offers on Hermes at all.
