Well done for recognising the game playing.
Who is currently doing your sister's tax return? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
I'm glad that you've seen a solicitor and are starting the process of getting the house sold. There is , of course, no reason why your sister and/or mother couldn't look into buying you out, if they want to keep the property and continue to let it out. It's a shame if it damaged your relationships but that's down to your mum and sister being selfish and unreasonable, it is not your fault, and you may find that you are happier having less / nothing to do with them.
Good luck! All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)2 -
I’m really glad you’ve sought some professional advice. It’s time for you to make your own decisions & choose your own path in life.
It must be hard when it’s your mum & sister involved but you have to do what is right for you.
Good luck & I really hope you manage to get the house sold.2
