Someone has in the past taken a shortcut. The cooker/hob should be on a separate dedicated circuit. The sockets should be either on a separate circuit for the kitchen or as part of the downstairs ring main. The lights should be on a lighting circuit.0

A RCD, common for several circuits with their own MCBs, isn't a shortrcut.

sounds like the problem is with your electrics. ask the HA to send an electrician round to test the wiring as the oven keeps tripping.0
