Our 2020 Sun Holiday was cancelled ( one week later and we would have been okay) so very happy to get first choice in Cornwall booked for June 2021. £62.80 with nothing more to pay.
For anyone else considering Cornwall, several parks*  have £15pp no-extras availability in June whereas others not only levy the usual extras but add a peak supplement as well.   * numbers 57, 58 and 63

Didn't find anything in the summer holidays so nothing for us this year - will try again next year though.  Thanks Essex Boy for the codes though

Yes - lots of people - try tripadvisor.
Like most places, depends what van you get. Site beach accessed by very steep steps & very stony.
Good base for trip to ilfracombe harbour, watermouth castle, woolacombe croyde putsborough & saunton sandy surfing beaches, Clovelly, Lynton & lynmouth - what are you looking for?
