Today I called Haven to pay the balance of a Covid rebooked sun newspaper holiday. I asked why they were not included on this years promotion and was told that they had too much trouble over the Covid cancellations with the Sun.
I later called the Sun to find out why they hadn't paid my refund (on another cancellation) and asked them for their version of what had happened for Haven not to be included this year promotion. The sun told me that it was because Haven had enough carry-over / re-bookings to not require sun promotions this year....3 -

I went to Italy in October with mine after Spain was cancelled for April but can't find my email details.
Priority.. have you had the email giving 48 hours priority that was sent to me?

Hello , thank you for the reply. At the time of the refund I received a email with a code for the ferry and a email saying we had received a refund from the sun. I haven’t had a 48 hr priority booking due to the cancellation or a email saying how we can rebook?Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0

Rebooking.. the Sun says to contact your company concerned.
