Lapland 2021

I'm new to the forum and Lapland is probably an old topic but I wonder if anyone has booked a Lapland trip through Rediscover the World? We usually book DIY holidays so haven't used a travel agent in a while. They seem to be ATOL protected but I can't find many reviews of people who have booked with them. Anyone have any experience?

They seem to book away from the established Lapland resorts of Levi etc and possibly charter their own flights ?
I'm sure tui have the exclusive kitilla airport slots , that avoids a long transfer from the main airport in the country ( kitilla is only used In the winter and is only about 20 minutes from the resorts.
We used tui solely for flights , transfers and accommodation and booked everything else like sleigh ride etc direct ( and cheaper )

Curious as to why you want to get a package when you've said you usually DIY? We got married in Lapland and when we saw package costs, we just did what we always do and booked our own flights/accommodation, it was MUCH cheaper.
It was meant to be a once in a lifetime trip but as we loved it so much we've been 4 times now, DIY every time and never had a problem.0 -

When we were booking our wedding in Lapland 15 years ago, we looked at Discover the World (not sure if same firm as OP mentioned) and whilst they looked amazing, they were SO expensive. When you looked at buying separately we were about a third of the total price
We've been back to Lapland a few times since (meant to be once a lifetime for the wedding, but we loved it so much!) and have always checked into package vs self book, and there has continued to be such a gigantic price gap, not just a 20% uplift or something
Good luck!0
