Is there such a thing as free insulation etc for home energy efficiency?

Hello,
Ive just read the MSE article on grants available for home energy improvements and watched the video. Martin says that upto £5000 is available but this only covers 2/3 of the cost.
I just wanted some advice as we wont quality for the benefits side of things, but this company seem to be promoting totally free work: https://insulation-guru.co.uk/
Can anyone advise - is this a scam?

I'd prefer to follow official sites rather than an anonymous site that may just forward your details to unverified tradespeople who pay them commission. Its professionalism must be in doubt when it refers to 'ECO founding (sic)'.0
