Technika tv. Lost itv channel four and channel five channels.

ITV was stalling and breaking up.  Then got a free view no signal error message.  Did a automatic channel search and then lost itv channel four and five on tv.   69 digital channels found.   Ive just done another update and the three channels are all broken up.  I think it must be reception issues but bbc channels are okay?  Any help offered would be gratefully received

If you have access to another TV, swap it out and see if the problem follows.  If it doesn't, the Technika TV has a fault.  If it does follow, the aerial may have an issue.

Check your keyboard ... the Capslock key appears to be stuck on.

The advice is good though ... check that the aerial hasn't moved. (Is it on the roof? Or in the loft? Somewhere else?). Then check that the connections look OK for the aerial cable. Finally check freeview.co.uk/help/weak-signal (copy/paste - I can't post links) for further advice ... for example use the postcode checker to see if there are any known issues with your TV transmitter.

Weak signal says may nit find channels in extreme weather.  This might be case. I’ll try again later.

You could as a last resort Factory Reset .

We have just moved the tv.  It was working in other room.   Think it must be the aerial.  I’ve still lost itv four and five channels.

You should have said this first. Try the original room again to verify.  Is this using 2 differnet aerial wall sockets?

Bought some kind of connector for aerial and moved it.  All channels available now. Thanks for your help.
